What is covered
Every GLVSAE product carries a two-year warranty from the delivery date against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Batteries, probe cables and other wear items are covered for 12 months.
What is not covered
- Damage from drops, liquid ingress beyond the stated IP rating, or modification.
- Normal cosmetic wear, including scuffs on painted or oiled surfaces.
- Products bought from unauthorised resellers.
- Consumables such as batteries after 12 months.
How to claim
- Email support@glvsae.com with the subject line “Warranty — [product name]”.
- Include your order number, marketplace, and a photo or short video showing the issue.
- We reply within one business day with a diagnosis or a shipping confirmation.
For items under $80, we usually ship a replacement without asking for the faulty unit back. For larger items we may send a prepaid return label.
Extended coverage for registered products
