What we collect, why, and how to make us delete it.

What we collect

  • Newsletter and popup signups: email address, optional first name, and country. Used to send product news and occasional offers.
  • Contact and warranty forms: name, email, order number and message content. Used to answer your request.
  • Reviews and community posts: the name you choose to display, your country, and the content you submit.
  • Analytics: aggregated page views and referrers, only if analytics is enabled. We do not sell this data.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies: one to remember that you dismissed the signup popup, and one session cookie if you log into the admin area. We do not set advertising cookies on this site. If analytics is enabled, it is configured with IP anonymisation.

How long we keep data

  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days.
  • Contact and warranty messages: 24 months.
  • Reviews and community posts: until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

Under GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California), you can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and object to processing. Email support@glvsae.com with the subject “Data request”. We respond within 30 days.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the site and send email, under written data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
