Where we ship
GLVSAE products are fulfilled locally in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Germany. Orders are shipped by the marketplace you buy from — Amazon or TikTok Shop — and tracking is provided by them.
Delivery times
- United States: 2–5 business days. Amazon Prime orders usually arrive in 1–2 days.
- Canada: 3–7 business days.
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days.
- Germany & EU: 3–6 business days.
Remote areas may add 1–3 days. During November and December, add two days to every estimate.
Tracking your order
Tracking lives in the marketplace account you ordered from:
- Amazon: Your Orders → Track package
- TikTok Shop: Profile → Orders → View logistics
We cannot see marketplace tracking numbers from this website, but if a parcel is stuck we will chase it with the fulfilment centre on your behalf.
Returns
Returns are handled by the marketplace, which keeps the process simple and the refund fast.
- Amazon US & Canada: 30 days from delivery, free return label for defective items.
- Amazon UK & Germany: 30 days, in line with local consumer law.
- TikTok Shop: 30 days, subject to the seller’s return policy shown at checkout.
We do not charge restocking fees. Products should be returned with their accessories; missing cables may reduce the refund.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
Email support@glvsae.com with your order number and a photo. We ship a replacement or issue a refund without requiring the faulty unit back for most items under $80.
Warranty claims
Within two years of delivery, manufacturing defects are covered. See the Warranty page for the claim form and what to include.
