Where can I buy GLVSAE products?
We sell on Amazon in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Germany, and on TikTok Shop in the US and Europe. Every product page has a “Buy on…” panel with direct links to each marketplace. See our Where to Buy page for the full list.
Do you ship to my country?
At launch we ship to the US, Canada, UK and Germany through local marketplaces. If you are outside those markets, contact us — we can sometimes arrange international shipping for larger orders.
What is your return policy?
Returns are handled by the marketplace you bought from. Amazon US and Canada accept returns within 30 days; Amazon UK and Germany follow local statutory rights (14 days minimum, often 30). We do not charge restocking fees.
How long is the warranty?
Two years from delivery on every product, covering manufacturing defects. Wear items such as batteries and probe cables are covered for 12 months. See the Warranty page for how to make a claim.
Will the lamps work in the UK or EU?
Yes. Our lighting products charge over standard USB-C and ship without a wall adapter, so they work with any 5V USB charger in any country. Weather stations include a region-specific time signal setting (WWVB, MSF, DCF77).
Are your products certified?
Lighting and electrical products carry ETL or CE marks as appropriate, plus FCC (US), UKCA (UK) and RoHS documentation. Certificates are available to wholesale customers on request.
Do you have an app?
Only the Nova LED strip uses an app, and it is optional — the included remote works without one. Every other product is app-free by design.
Can I use a smart plug with your lamps?
Yes for products with a physical on/off switch (Aurora, Prism, Solstice). Avoid cutting power to the Pulse alarm clock, which needs continuous power to keep its display and alarms armed.
Do you offer wholesale or hotel pricing?
Yes. Write to business@glvsae.com with your company name, market and estimated annual volume. Minimum order is 50 units per SKU.
How do I become a brand partner or affiliate?
We work with a small number of creators each quarter. Send your channel and audience details to press@glvsae.com.
Where are your products made?
They are designed in Shenzhen and manufactured in Guangdong province, China, in facilities we audit annually. Final assembly and quality control happen in the same facility.
How do I leave a review?
Reviews on this site are moderated and open to anyone with a verified marketplace order. You can also submit a review directly on a product page — we publish three-star reviews alongside five-star ones.
